Cancellation Policy

Your dress-shopping experience starts here. 🤍 At Bridezilla to Bride, we want every bride to have the time and attention she deserves. Our private bridal appointments are two hours long, giving you plenty of time to browse our collection, try on your favorites, and enjoy a relaxed, personalized shopping experience. Your appointment includes: -Two hours of private bridal shopping -Personalized assistance while you browse and try on dresses -Complimentary refreshments -A relaxed, pressure-free experience focused on finding the right dress for you. A $30 non-refundable appointment reservation fee is required to reserve your appointment. Your reservation fee secures your dedicated two-hour appointment time and does not apply toward the purchase or rental of your wedding dress. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. • 24+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your reservation fee. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your $30 reservation fee will be forfeited. • No-show: If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not contacted us, your $30 reservation fee will be forfeited. • Late arrival: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being released and the reservation fee being forfeited. We understand that true emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to work with you when circumstances are beyond your control.
